I have over 30 years of experience in the IT industry – from start-up and growth to restructuring and international expansion. I have led both small and large companies in the Nordics and globally, with roles at Microsoft, Accenture, Dustin and Techstep, among others.

After many years in leadership roles, I chose to start Evolvion Advisory Services to help Nordic companies succeed in Asia. Based in Singapore, I offer consulting that combines strategic insight with local execution – and always with a clear focus on results.
